Domestic: Your order usually ships within 24
hours of cleared payment, Monday - Friday, except for postal holidays. We will
inform you via e-mail when your package is shipped and supply you with a
tracking number.
International: Items sent First Class
International do not have a tracking number. In this case we will provide you
with the Customs Label Number. Please be advised that although most packages
clear Customs in your country in a reasonable time, some packages do get held up
and take a bit longer. This is totally out of our control. Please advise us if
your package is overdue (30 days from date of shipment) and we will see if we
can trace it for you, but in most cases it will arrive shortly.
Customs fees and duties, which may be assessed
by your country's Customs Service, are solely the customer's
responsibility.
Insurance - Domestic and International: We
insure all packages, both Domestic and International, at our expense.
Lost or
damaged Packages
In the unlikely event your package does not arrive or is damaged
in transit, we will provide you with an insurance claim form which you agree to
fill out, sign and return to us for submission to our insurance provider. In
some cases damaged items will have to be returned to us, so please do not
discard anything, including original packaging, until we advise you that it is
allright to do so.
Once we have received the signed claim form (and damaged item(s)
if needed for the claim to be paid), we will issue you a full refund of your
purchase price plus shipping costs. Domestic claims cannot be started until 30
days after shipped date. for International claims, the timeframe is 45 days from
time of shipment.
Returns and
Refunds
Please be aware that most of our items are Vintage, not New.
Small imperfections are to be expected.
Although it is not unheard of to find a similar or like garment
elsewhere occassionally, we usually do not have another in the same style, color
or size. For us, they are one-of-a-kind, therefore an exchange is not
possible.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly
accept returns (*exeptions noted below). Please follow these simple
guidelines:

Kindly let us know immediately via e-mail that you will be
returning the item.

The item must be returned to us, undamaged, exactly as it
originally was sent to you.

Place the item in its original or similar packaging and insure
for its full value. Important! Do NOT upgrade the shipping
method - if your item was sent USPS First Class Mail do not return it via USPS
Priority Mail. Doing so will be at your own expense.

The item must arrive back to us within 10 business days of
original shipment date and all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.

Returns received between 11 and 30 days after original ship date
will incur a restocking fee of 35%.

We do not accept returns on purchases after 30 days of original
ship date.

Shipping, handling and insurance on returned merchandise is
non-refundable unless an item was misrepresented.

*Exeptions: We are sorry but due to health and
hygenic reasons, absolutely no returns are accepted for undergarments with a
gusset, ie. panties, closed bottom girdles, all-in-ones,
etc.
